Hydraulic Bursting and Crunching
A method of breaking up large areas of slab can be to hydraulically burst the area. This consists of core drilling a hole and inserting into the hole a metal expanding core. When expanded, the area around the core will burst, allowing the debris to be removed to a skip.
Thick walls can be demolished hydraulically, utilising a crunching system which consists of a set of jaws that can either be hand held by two operatives, alternatively they can be utilised in conjunction with a robotic machine.
All quotes are supplied with a method statement and risk assessment. Contracts can be arranged for hydraulic bursting and crunching and removal of debris. This service is available 24/7.
