Wire and Track Sawing
Wire sawing is an effective method of cutting through very thick floor and wall slabs, initially by core drilling a hole through the slab and passing a diamond encrusted wire through said hole. This is then passed through a machine that allows the wire to circulate cutting down through the slab in the process.
Track sawing is utilised when needing to cut long deep runs in wall and floor slabs. A track is bolted to the floor as a guide for the machine. The machine is subequently attached to the track and the cut made.
All quotes are supplied with a method statement and risk assessment. Contracts can be arranged for track and wire sawing and removal of debris. This service is available 24/7.
