Tool hire staff training programme.

As part of our continuous staff training programme, Nationwide Services were delighted to team up with one of our leading supply partners, Brandon Hire Station, who set-up a tool hire product training stand in our car park at Gosport to carry out hands on tool hire product training for our customer service staff.

Good product knowledge is an essential aspect of the service that Nationwide Services provides to our customers.

When a customer contacts us to discuss their hire requirements on a project, they expect us to be able to not only understand what they want, but to also advise on alternative or new products available in the market that could help them get the job done as efficiently as possible.
